Pregnancy can be a challenging time for a mother as many psychological and physiological changes
occur over the weeks of the pregnancy. Yoga brings an awareness of the link between breath, mind and
body. This awareness and the connection it brings benefit the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing at all stages of
life especially pregnancy. Yoga helps to build strength and stamina through the physical practice, while the breath work can
help energy stores and you find greater levels of relaxation and connection between yourself and baby.
I provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to be able to rest, relax and build
connections with other mothers. It is a place for you to build on physical and emotional practices to
help you through your pregnancy and labour.
